EarnJamThis Privacy Policy explains how EarnJam (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use the EarnJam mobile app and the website https://onetapgames.win (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Green Ladder, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine (the data controller).

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data. Survey partners may ask you questions directly; those answers are handled by the partner under its own privacy policy.
2. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you (running the Service and paying rewards), on our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the app), on your consent (e.g. usage-access permission, marketing notifications) and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data only as needed with: offerwall and survey partners (e.g. adjoe, Torox, AdGate, BitLabs, CPX Research, TheoremReach) to show offers and confirm completions — typically a user ID, advertising ID, IP and country; payment and gift-card providers to deliver cashouts; hosting, analytics and crash-reporting providers (e.g. Google Firebase); and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the EU and the USA. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep account and reward data while your account is active. After deletion we remove or anonymise personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims (up to the period required by law).
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR and the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. 7. Advertising ID
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Some offers cannot be tracked without it.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We delete accounts we learn belong to minors.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify you in the app about material changes.
