EarnJam is a free reward app. You complete offers from our partners — play games to a certain level or answer surveys — and receive rewards in US dollars that you can cash out.

Yes. EarnJam is free to download and use. Some partner offers may include optional in-app purchases; the offer description always tells you if a purchase is required, and you never have to make one.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country). One account per person and per device.

EarnJam works in many countries, but the number of available offers and their rewards depend on your location and partner availability.

Open the Earn tab, choose Games or Surveys, pick a partner and follow the offer instructions. Check the goals and reward before you start.

Partners need time to verify that the offer was completed correctly. Pending time depends on the partner and offer — usually from a few minutes to several days, sometimes up to 30 days for game milestones.

First, make sure you followed every step (e.g. installed via the link in EarnJam, didn't use a VPN, were a new user of that game). Then tap “Missing a reward? Get help” in the app or use our support form with the offer name, partner and date.

Survey providers look for specific audiences. Screen-outs are normal and decided by the survey provider, not EarnJam. Some partners give a small bonus for screen-outs.

No. VPNs, proxies, emulators, rooted devices and multiple accounts are not allowed and can lead to rewards being cancelled and the account being closed.

You can request your first cashout once you have $5.00 available. Current minimums are always shown in the Wallet.

Available methods (such as PayPal or gift cards) depend on your country and are shown on the cashout screen.

Most cashouts are processed within 1–7 business days. During processing your cashout shows as Processing; once delivered it becomes Paid.

No. If delivery fails, the amount is returned to your available balance and the status shows as Failed. Check your payout details and try again.

Rewards can be reversed if a partner charges back an offer (for example after fraud checks), or if our Terms are broken. See the Rewards & Cashout Policy.

In the app go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
